e-Coaching.dk is offering the opportunities to become evaluated based on the contents of the educational program within coaching.

It is organized as an exam where the candidate is kindly asked to: 

Write a 10 pages paper about the learning, skills and the individual (personally and professionally) development within coaching during the program  

Based on the paper there will be an on-line oral examination with Dr. (mult.) Morten Paustian and an external censor 

The candidate should expect 45 min. examination plus evaluation and feedback.

Format of the paper

The format of the paper could be organized as follows: 

• Introduction and background information of your paper (1 page)
• Present 2 coaching cases (1 page)
• What did you do – your approach? How did you facilitate the coaching sessions? What did you learn? How can you relate the models, theories and inspirations? What was the outcome? (6 pages)
• Conclusions (1 page)
• Perspectives of the cases and your coaching approach(es) (1/2 - 1 page)  

After a successful examination the candidate will within 2 weeks receive a signed certificate from e-Coaching.dk. and a written recommendation from Dr. (mult.) Morten Paustian.
